Cookie Notice

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage and IndexedDB allow a website to keep information on a device. Service workers can cache selected application files so a progressive web app loads reliably. In this notice, “browser storage” covers these technologies together.

2. What Doorwise uses

Authentication and security

Essential session cookies keep users signed in, refresh authenticated sessions, enforce access controls and support privileged security checks. Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical signals and essential storage to distinguish legitimate users from automated abuse.

Preferences and workspace continuity

Browser storage remembers interface preferences such as activity colours and ordering. Demo mode stores sample workspace changes locally so the demo can continue on the same device.

Performance and reliability

Doorwise measures limited performance events and may cache application assets through its service worker. This helps diagnose slow or failed experiences and allows installed app functions to load more reliably.

3. No advertising cookies

Doorwise does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this notice and introduce any consent controls required by applicable law before using them.

4. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies and site data through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, account security, checkout or other service functions from working. Clearing local storage removes device-held preferences and demo changes. You can also uninstall the progressive web app or clear its cached site data using your browser or device settings.
